人一生下來，就開始與死神展開賽跑，幸運的，七、八十年才會被追上，
跑得慢的，可能二、三十歲就會被帶走，
所以每一分每一秒都非常珍貴，
我們真的無法預知明天、下個月會在哪裡，因此更要珍惜當下，
活得精彩，就不會有遺憾…
